Annie on Vitamins for Radiation Protection

Here is my video detailing the vitamins I take to protect myself from the radiation coming from Japan. I believe that we are not being told the truth about dangerous radiation levels and we must protect ourselves. I'm not going to get all political or lay blame here. I just want to spread the word about good supplements that may help.

Of course, you have to research what is right for you. I am not making any claims on the effectiveness of any of these supplements - I am only saying what I have chosen to do for myself.

Rethinking the shows

I've been super busy lately, which has kept me from doing as much as I want to do with the radio shows. I have been thinking about changing the way I do the shows (possible taping, etc) so that I can do more of what I originally got into all of this for in the first place - supporting underground bands.

In the next few weeks I will try to organize the Annie site and blog as well as the other sites (Twitter, Reverbnation, etc) so that I can get back to just that.

If anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears.
